Gluten Free Sensations
Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Cups Vanilla Yogurt
- 2 Tbs Vanilla
- 2 Tbs Oil (for waffles: 6 tbs oil)
For cinnamon sugar on top: mix 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon together
Directions:
- Preheat griddle
- Follow directions on the back of Gluten Free Sensations Pancake and Waffle Mix
- Cook until light brown on both sides
- Spread pancakes with butter
- Sprinkle the tops of pancakes with cinnamon and sugar
- Drizzle with maple syrup
