Almond Flour Brownies


Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Gluten Free Sensations Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda 
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt (omit if using salted butter)


Directions:


1.  Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2.  Mix honey, butter, vanilla and eggs until smooth.

3.   Add almond flour, cocoa, baking soda and optional salt. Stir to blend.

4.  Pour into greased 8x8 inch pan. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, until top feels cakey.
5.  Cool on a wire rack at least until sides pull away from the edge of the pan before cutting.
