• 2 Ready Made GF Pie Crusts 
  • Cornstarch: 1 TBSP
  • Sugar: 2 TBSP
  • Cinnamon: 1/2 TBSP
  • Apples: Approx. 1 1/4 cups diced
  • 6 four-ounce canning jars


1.  Preheat oven to 350. Press about a 1/4 of each GF pie crust into the jars.
2.  Combine the cornstarch, sugar, cinnamon and apples in a bowl and fill each pie crust with the mixture. Be sure to add some liquid from the mixture to each jar. 
3.  Top each with another piece of pie crust trimmed to fit and poke holes in the top of each.
4.  Top each jar with foil and bake for about 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until light golden brown.
