Ingredients:

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk of choice (we prefer vanilla almond milk)
  • 2 Tbs Vanilla
  • 2 Tbs Oil (for waffles: 6 tbs oil)   
  • 1 box Gluten Free Sensations Pancake and Waffle Mix  
  • For cinnamon sugar on top: mix 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon together
  • Butter to spread on top of pancakes


Directions:

1.  Preheat griddle
2.  Follow directions on the back of Gluten Free Sensations Pancake and Waffle Mix
3.  Cook until light brown on both sides
4.  Spread pancakes with butter
5.  Sprinkle the tops of pancakes with cinnamon and sugar 
6.  Drizzle with maple syrup
