1,  Heat water til boiling. Stir in Velvety Brown Rice.

2,  Reduce heat to simmer, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

3.  Cook for 3-5 minutes, until the Velvety Brown Rice has thickened and is soft.

4.  Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla, cocoa, and brown sugar.
