Coconut Cranberry Bars

Ingredients:


  • 1 9 oz box Gluten Free Sensations Cranberry Pecan Granola
  • 2-3T brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 cups dried cranberries
  • 1 - 14 oz can sweet and condensed milk
  • 1 cup coconut (we prefer unsweetened, unsulphured)
  • 1 cup coursely chopped pecans


Directions:


1.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2.  Combine granola, brown sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a well greased 9x9 pan. 3.  Combine remaining ingredients and spread over crust.

4.  Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Depending on the heat in your oven you may need to cover with tin foil for the last 10 minutes of baking to prevent over browning. 

5.  Cool, cut into bars
