Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 3 Ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 Tbs butter, softened
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 Cups powdered sugar


1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.  Prepare cookie sheets
3.  Mix pumpkin, sugar, butter and vanilla until fluffy
4.  Then mix in Gluten Free Sensations Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, cinnamon and nutmeg
5.  Scoop the mixture by tablespoons onto the cookie sheets
6.  Bake for 8-12 minutes or until center is cooked through
7.  Wait for cookies to cool and then apply frosting

For Frosting: Cream the cream cheese, butter and vanilla together. Slowly add the powdered sugar and blend until frosting is creamy and smooth
