1/4 cup Gluten Free Sensations Vanilla Almond Granola

2 TBSP. coconut oil, melted

3/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt

2 TBSP. honey

1 1/2 cups raspberries, blueberries, and/or strawberries

6 silicone or tin cupcake liners


Place silicone or tin liners into a cupcake pan

Put a small amount of granola into each liner

In a bowl, combine the yogurt and honey which you will top onto the granola to cover 

Top with the chopped berries of choice and freeze for about 6 hours
