• ​1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup Velvety Brown Rice
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • 2 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt


1.  Bring water to a boil

2.  Add Velvety Brown Rice.  Stir constantly for 4 mins or until rice has softened.  Remove from heat and stir in  remaining ingredients.  


Microwave directions:

Pour 1 cup water and 1/3 cup Velvety Brown Rice into 1 Qt bowl.  Cook on high for 2 mins.  Stir.  Continue to cook at 30-60 second intervals until rice is soft and has thickened.  *** Watch very carefully to prevent boiling over.  You will need a large bowl at least 1 Qt in size.  Stir in remaining ingredients and Enjoy!
